The discovery of a small folder of short Liaden snippets from the mid-1980s has inspired a fit of housekeeping. We will be, over the next while, posting those snippets, with author commentary, here, so, yanno, watch the skies. Or this site, whichever works best for you.
In the meantime, in order to get my hand back into Splinter Universeing, a non-Liaden snippet from the same time period, indeed! found in the same folder — has been posted here.

Typing on a typewriter. I remember it well. Because not only was I already alive in 1985, I was already done with round 1 of grad school and in the first year of round 2. So I am suitably impressed with your feat of typing prowess!
